Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful confirmation and payment verification (or confirmation in case of Cash on Delivery orders).
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
Squaver shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD service is available on selected products and locations.
COD orders require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled at Squaver’s discretion.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
No Returns / No Exchanges
Squaver does not offer returns or exchanges on any products at this time.
This applies to all products, including but not limited to musical instruments, accessories, and customized or engraved items.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details, specifications, pricing, and delivery information before placing an order.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must inform Squaver within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
Upon verification, Squaver will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution at its sole discretion.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, especially in the case of customized or COD orders.
Squaver reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or failed confirmation.
